Everyday Surveying and Engineering, LLC is a firm with a history for providing quality civil engineering and
land surveying services in the Eau Claire and Western Wisconsin area. Although we are currently not hiring,
we encourage you to send us your qualifications for the following positions:
Qualified candidates will have experience in Land Development and Site Engineering. This position will include drafting, design, permitting, and plan preparation of residential and commercial site plans, grading plans and utility plans. Work will also include preparing stormwater management plans, estimating construction quantities, project management, and occasional field construction observations.
- 3-10 years of experience designing and preparing plans for land development projects
- Must be proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Position requires a four-year degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work with project members in an environment that encourages self-initiative
- A flexible working style and willingness to modify personal schedules when required to meet deadlines and client needs
Qualified candidates will supplement our current team of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying professionals. This position could be fulfilled by a Professional Land Surveyor or a Land Surveying Technician. The candidate must be able to perform year round outdoor work in all types of weather performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking and inspection.
- 3-5 years survey crew chief experience preferred
- Fluent with operating Robotic Total Stations and GPS Equipment
- Surveying for Land Surveying Projects
- Surveying for Civil Engineering Projects

Qualified candidates for all positions must have the following:
- Ability to interact in a friendly, business-like manner during the course of doing business
- Ability to work under pressure and meet fixed deadlines on a timely basis
- Ability to work both as an individual contributor and within a team environment
- Requires good organizational, problem solving and self-management skills
- Must have current driver's license and driving record acceptable to corporate insurer
